What are the factors that affect the life of the biomass particle machine?
Biomass pellet machines use biomass straw pellets or sawdust as raw materials and are compressed by biomass pellet machines to form pellet fuels. Here we introduce the factors that affect the life of biomass pelletizers:
1. The water content of the material is too low, the hardness of the processed product is too strong, the power consumption of the equipment during processing is large, the production cost of the enterprise is increased, and the service life of the biomass particle machine is reduced. Excessive moisture is not easy to crush, increasing the number of impacts of the hammer. At the same time, heat is generated due to the friction of the material and the blow of the hammer, so that the moisture in the processed product evaporates. The evaporated moisture forms a paste with the crushed fine powder and blocks the screen. The hole reduces the discharge of the biomass pelletizer. Generally, the moisture content of the crushed product of the raw materials such as grain, corn stalk, etc. is controlled to be below 14%.
2. When the material smashing is about to end, mix a little wheat husk with edible oil and put it into the machine. Stop it after pressing for 1-2 minutes so that the die hole of the biomass pellet machine is full of oil, so that the next time you start the machine, you can feed the material. This will not only maintain the mold but also save man hours. After the biomass pelletizer shuts down, loosen the pressure roller adjustment screw and remove the residual material.
3. A permanent magnet cylinder or iron remover can be installed at the inlet of the biomass particle machine so as not to affect the service life of the pressure roller, mold and center shaft. The temperature of the pellet fuel during the extrusion process is as high as 50-85°C, and the press wheel is subjected to strong power during operation, but it lacks the necessary and effective dust protection device, so every 2-5 working days, The bearings must be cleaned and high-temperature grease added. The main shaft of the biomass particle machine is cleaned and refueled once every month. The gear box is cleaned and maintained at intervals of six months. The screw fastening of the transmission part should be replaced at any time.
